In plain words
But what of these? There is besides the drying up of great oceans, the falling of mountain peaks, the shifting of the pole star, the tearing up of the wind-ropes, the sinking of the earth, the departing of the gods from their station. In such a round of birth and death as this, what is the good of the enjoyment of desires — by which, when a man has taken refuge in them, a return here is seen again and again? Thou shouldst raise me up. In this round of birth and death I am like a frog in a waterless well. Sir, thou art our way, thou art our way.
