The imperishable is given first by six denials, and then by four positive terms: eternal, manifoldly present, all-pervading, exceedingly subtle.Drawn deliberately like Māṇḍūkya's plate III: there the centre is empty and its ring dashed; here, after the same pattern of denial, four positive terms name what the denials surround, so the centre is marked and solid.

In plain words

The discerning behold everywhere that which is beyond sight and grasp, without lineage, colour, or class, without eyes or ears, without hands or feet; eternal, manifoldly present, all-pervading, exceedingly subtle, undecaying—the womb of all beings.
