And there is more —
'Of undivided mind' means a mind that has no other object at all — that is what makes someone this way: a yogī who, constantly, always, without a break, keeps remembering Me, the Supreme Lord. 'Constantly' means without a single interruption; 'unceasingly' means over a long stretch of time. Not for six months, not for a year — then how long? For as long as life itself lasts, without a break, remembering Me — that is what is meant. To a yogī like that I am easy to reach, easy to find, Pārtha — a yogī who stays perpetually joined to Me, whose mind is always gathered in one place. And because this is so: keep your mind undivided, and let it always rest, gathered, in Me.

Moreover —
'Ananyacetāḥ': whose mind is not on another object, he is this one of undivided mind — the yogī, constantly, always, who remembers Me, the Supreme Lord, unceasingly. 'Satatam' means uninterruptedness; 'nityaśaḥ' means extension over a long time. Not for six months or a year; then what? For as long as life lasts, uninterruptedly, one who remembers Me — this is the meaning. Of that yogī I am easily attainable, easily obtained, O Pārtha — of the yogī who is ever-united, whose mind is always concentrated. Since this is so, therefore, being one of undivided mind, one should always be concentrated in Me.
▸Gītā Vāhini· Prabodha 17 · Passage 1
In plain words
“Whoever remembers Me constantly, ever united, with a citta given to no other, let his prāṇa leave through the upper door or let it leave through any other door, he surely attains Me. Such a one has a place in Me. As near as he is to Me, just so near am I to him. Would I, for My part, forget the one who does not forget Me, brother-in-law? In truth, forgetting belongs to human nature alone, not to the Divine.”
▸Gītā Vāhini· Prabodha 17 · Passage 6

Then Arjuna asked, “Svāmī! You said that ananya Bhakti is very easy and that no other labours need be undergone. More than that, You said that for such people ‘I too am easily reached’, did You not? If You are easily reached, what does the sādhaka gain? Tell me what kind of fruit the sādhaka enjoys through that.”
