Bhagavadgītābhāṣyam

In plain words

How, exactly, do they worship? Listen to what comes next.

Always, without a break, they speak My glory — Me, whose real nature is Brahman itself. They work at it, too, through disciplines like reining in the senses, staying calm, mastering themselves, cultivating compassion, doing no harm. Their vow never wavers — firm, steady, unshakeable, however long it takes. And they bow, again and again, to Me — the one seated in their own heart, their very Self — worshipping with devotion, their minds unbroken in that attention. That is what it means to serve Me.

How? —

Continuously, [that is,] at all times, proclaiming the Blessed Lord, whose true nature is Brahman, [that is,] Me; and striving, making effort by means of virtuous practices characterized by withdrawal of the senses, tranquility, self-control, compassion, non-violence, and so on; of firm, [that is,] stable, unshakeable vow — those whose vow is such are of firm vows; and bowing down to Me, who dwell in the heart, [that is,] the Self, with devotion, ever disciplined in mind, they worship, [that is,] serve [Me].
