In plain words

And there is more to say —

Whoever truly knows me — unborn, without beginning, the very source from which the gods and the great sages themselves arose, with no origin standing before me — knows me as the great Lord of all the worlds, the turīya beyond ignorance and every one of its effects. Such a person is never deluded. Living among mortals, among ordinary human beings, they are set free — released from every sin, whether done with intent or without it.

Moreover —

Who — me, unborn, and beginningless: since I am the beginning of the gods and of the great sages, and no other beginning of me exists; therefore I am unborn and beginningless; beginninglessness is the reason for unbornness — him, me, unborn and beginningless, whoever knows, truly comprehends, as the great lord of the world, the great ruler of the worlds, the turīya, devoid of ignorance and its effect — undeluded, free from delusion — he, among mortals, among human beings, is released, set free, from all sins, all sins done with prior intent or without it.
