In plain words
Whatever in this world is glorious, whatever possesses power, whatever entity or thing has splendor or sheer might — whether adorned with Lakṣmī's own prosperity or simply full of vigor — know that very thing to be born from just a single spark of my own splendor as the Lord. Understand it exactly this way: it arises from nothing but a mere portion, a single fragment, of my glory.

Whatever, in the world, is possessed of glory — endowed with glory — an entity, a thing, possessed of splendor, or mighty indeed — that is, endowed with śrī, [that is] Lakṣmī, or endowed with vigor — understand, you, know, that very thing as arisen from a portion of my, of the Lord's, splendor: of splendor, a portion, a single part, the origin, of which — that, arisen from a portion of splendor — thus understand, you.
