And there is more —
Arising means simply coming into being, and passing away means dissolution: I have heard of these two, the arising and passing away of all beings, in full detail from you, not just briefly, O lotus-petal-eyed one — for your eyes are like the very petal of a lotus, which is why you are called that. And your greatness too, O lotus-petal-eyed one — your imperishable, inexhaustible greatness — I have heard of that as well, the word 'heard' simply carrying over from before.

Moreover —
Arising — origination; passing away — dissolution; those two, arising and passing away, indeed, of beings, have been heard, in detail, by me — not briefly — from you, from your presence, O lotus-petal-eyed one: of a lotus, the petal — the lotus-petal; like that are the two eyes of whom, of you — that you are lotus-petal-eyed; O lotus-petal-eyed one, of the great one, the state, that is, greatness also, and imperishable, undiminishing — 'has been heard' — thus is carried over.
