श्रीभगवान्
In plain words
The Blessed Lord said: I am Time, grown mighty, destroyer of worlds, now engaged in destroying these people. Even without you, all the warriors arrayed in the opposing armies shall cease to be.
Word for word
I am Time, the maker of the destruction of the worlds, grown great, set about here to destroy the worlds; even without you, all the warriors who stand in the opposing ranks will not be.

In plain words
I am Time — I am the one who destroys worlds, and I have grown to my full and terrible strength. Do you want to know why? Listen: right now, in this very hour, I am here to gather these worlds back into myself, to bring them to their end. Whether you act or not, Bhīṣma, Droṇa, Karṇa, and every warrior you fear — all of them, standing there in the enemy ranks — none of them will remain.
Close to the Sanskrit
I am Time, the destroyer of worlds — I bring about the destruction of worlds, thus destroyer of worlds — grown, having attained full growth. For what purpose grown, hear that — engaged, here, at this time, in gathering up, that is, destroying, the worlds. Even without you, all of them — Bhīṣma, Droṇa, Karṇa, and the rest — from whom your apprehension arises, will not be, those who are stationed in the opposing ranks — army against army, in the opposing, that is hostile, ranks — the warriors, the combatants.
