In plain words
Therefore bowing down and prostrating my body, I seek Your grace, O worshipful Lord. As a father bears with a son, a friend with a friend, a beloved with the beloved, so, O God, please bear with me.
Word for word
Therefore, bowing, laying my body low, I seek the grace of You, the Lord, the praiseworthy; as a father a son's, as a friend a friend's, as a lover his beloved's, You ought, O God, to bear [my offence].

In plain words
Because all of this is true —
So I bow down before you — I bend low, I lower this whole body of mine to the ground — and I beg for your grace, you who rule over everything, you who deserve every praise that could ever be spoken. A father forgives his son. A friend forgives every fault of a friend. A lover forgives the one he loves. That is exactly how I am asking you to treat me now, my Lord: bear with me, put up with me, forgive me.

Since it is thus —
Therefore, having bowed down, having paid homage, having bent low, having lowered [my] body thoroughly, I entreat, I cause [you] to be gracious — you, the Lord, the ruler, worthy of praise, worthy to be extolled. As a father forgives the offense of a son, or as a friend [forgives] every fault of a friend, or as a lover forgives the fault of a beloved, so you deserve, O God, to bear, to forbear, to forgive [it]; that is the meaning.
