When the experience of the divine is eternal in all these beings; when the organs of perception can see, hear, know taste, touch and smell through Him; when the jīva, as a part of Him, can dwell in this body: why doubt that union with God can be achieved in this very body? Even the slightest practice of this Dharma bestows new strength, pure Ānanda, perfect happiness and holiness. This “Dharma” was not created for persons of extraordinary qualities. It is the Lord's word that mankind, every human being endowed with Viveka, every person who has love for God, can reach Him through the bond of this Dharma. Even one who is a great sinner, if he takes refuge in the Paramātma with heartfelt repentance, swiftly becomes pure. Therefore it is the command of Jagannātha that each one should practise his own svadharma. Holding to the spiritual tattva that is the foundation of the civilisation of each one's own country, driving out the materialistic outlook, and, as befits those born in Bhārat, drinking in the words of Gopāla, the leader of Bhārat, we must make divinity dance in every act, in every word, in every writing, in every feeling, in every desire, and finally even in our health and our food. Only then can our nation of Bhārat show the world its own svarūpa, Sanātana Dharma, and, as the messenger of Śānti, show the light to all mankind. It is by taking up the karmas of Sanātana Dharma (the spiritual tattva) that there comes the “strength of the Ātma” able to face any difficult situation. It is this holy Gītā that bestows such fruit.
