“Now, the second: listen! Brahman itself dwells in all bodies and in all beings in the form of “I”, “I”. Every body rests on the entity called “I”. In those bodies too, each limb has primacy for a particular function and serves it. While each sense recognises a particular object, what is called “I”, related to all these senses and yet transcending them all, shines. If that power called “I” does not enter all these limbs and all these senses, they all become inert!
