In plain words

The Minister said that the search for Satya is itself man's daily task. There is no need to search for Satya; since everyone is truly an embodiment of Satya, Satya is indeed easily known to all. The thief knows that he has strayed far from Satya and committed theft; knowing that he is an embodiment of Satya, if he declares that Satya in thought, word and deed, then, without blocking the natural radiance of the light of Satya, he will have carried out his duty.

Do not think of children as outsiders; love them as our own, give them the right training, and make them into good people. There is no fault whatever in children. Parents and teachers must bring them up and nurture them in the right way. Children's intelligence is exceedingly subtle. If you do not practise, they will not accept the things you teach.

Now that you have taken such pains and found the best methods of training, you yourselves must, as the Director says, practise them, follow them and reap the fruit. One thing more: you must meet the children's parents too, once or twice a month, and through them set about finding out how far the children's condition, their abilities, their humility and obedience, and their wealth of character have grown. Just as you nourish and fondle the children born of your kāma and bring them up, so you must strive to shape the students too, who are the children of your Prema.
