In plain words
One more thing: the words and sayings I give you, I Myself practise first and then teach. My Life itself is My Message. ‘Mātṛdevobhava, pitṛdevobhava, ācāryadevobhava atithidevobhava,’ I teach, don't I? The practice of those sayings is itself My Ānanda, My contentment. Now I go to the samādhi of My mother and father, honour them as is fitting, and after that I hoist the Prasanthi flag on the Prasanthi Mandir. But you must turn every heart into a Prasanthi Mandir and hoist that flag on it. Only then will you have Praśānti, and Ānanda everlasting.
