In plain words
For that very purpose, do good deeds. Dwell on good feeling. In good thinking, grow in Jñāna. That is just what work, worship and wisdom are. These alone lead man to the highest state. There are another 3 "W"s, set apart. These lead man down to the lowest state. What are those 3 "W"s? Wealth, women and wine. These three lead to a downfall; Work, worship, wisdom lead to the highest state.
Students! Entering this sacred path, just as the disciples of Ādi Śaṅkara spread Satya to the world on their path, so you too, even if only some few of you, becoming like that, will be ready to develop Bhāratīya culture once more, and to experience and to share the Ānanda in living it out: hoping for this too, and blessing you, I bring My talk to a close.
