In plain words
Every person needs everyday experience. Einstein was a man of great knowledge. He carried out research of many kinds in that very age and recognised the form of truth; he held that this whole world is the form of atomic waves. He held that the atom is the wave and the wave is the instrument of the atom. He recognised in experiments that this body, this world, all these substances are masses of atoms. Though he was a scientist who had recognised so much truth, in daily life he went on using only this personal experience called morning, evening, north, south. He held that the body is like a bubble of water. But before this bubble of water broke, he wished to recognise truth of many kinds. He resolved to put every particle to good use. In his time he did not spend lakhs and crores on experiments in big Labs, as in today's modern age, and amass anything at all. He showed the ideal on the path called simple life. The way our studies, our learning and our conduct are today, we do not understand what life is; we stay at the bottom and go on entering the authority called show. Higher life, low thoughts: this is how we are. “I must have a good cushion chair to sit on,” and he looks for a cushion chair. His office room must have air condition. In those days Einstein had a paper, a pencil and a waste paper basket: this itself was his Lab. The professors of today have all gone on developing such bad habits. This can never be the right course. In our places of learning we must spend money with measure. For lack of money the world is suffering so many hardships and losses. Only lazy professors keep asking for these experiments. For if there is equipment, you can put on a switch and learn easily. “I need not take much trouble, I need not explain much,” and so he makes the effort for such a selfish end. The harm that comes of this is very great. They do not recognise it. Today, in this modern age, computers are increasing more and more. Because of these computers professors have no great hardship. We put flowers into these computers: flower powder comes out. If we put in something bad, something bad comes out. If we put in good, good itself comes out. It lies in what we put in. Moreover, in daily life calculators have come to everyone, to women, to men, to children.
