In plain words
The chief ones in it are Indian ethos and values, Indian Economic development; besides these, Personnel management, organisation of values; and more than this, there is organisation behaviour too. There is Personnel development. Human values is there too. In the MBA of our Institute, specially, in every Semester as well, Human Values and Indian ethos and values are there in a special way. Besides this, it also teaches the way we should use the computer. Practical management too has a chief place in it. So we must keep this Indian ethos and values well in view. In the MBA courses begun in Bhārata until now, these are not there at all. In this, our Indian ethos is the main thing for the workers to live with one another like children of one mother, close, mingling together, with forbearance. Prayer. Prayer, common prayer, silent prayer. When everyone stands and prays silently before these factories start, on that day their heart is full of joy, and there is the chance to experience Ānanda at home, at the hearth and in that factory.
But today all the MBAs in the world are carried on as imitation. There is no sense in one country imitating another country's management. Just by doing this, it becomes the cause of heavy spending of money, of waste of time, and of quarrels of some kinds too. Imitation is not a human value. Creation is human value. With our own divine feelings and fresh qualities, we must develop the equanimity and purity that are in us. Each country's ways may be its own. For that country it may be good. But we must not imitate it blindly because they said it was good. So we must take account of the influence of place, time and person too. Our culture is different. Our values are different. Their culture is different, their values are different. So values that are different can never mix with cultures that are different.
