In plain words

In just the same way, America's management runs in one way. Japan's management runs in another way. England's management runs in yet another way. A small example. America's management is bound up simply with Ahaṅkāra, or with imitation. It is bound up with competition too. There is no scope at all to develop such American management in Bhārata. In that country they hope for a high production of goods. Not only that. Their hope is that more goods be sold and that more money be earned from it. According to that country's management, they punish the workers without mercy. Taking them on when they need them and sending them back without mercy when they do not need them: this is the main thing in American management. There, human values are nil. Money value alone is what they keep as their aim. Because the people of Bhārata follow American management, they are unable to reach certain kinds of results. In Bhārata, American management methods have not been much of a success. Then there is Japan: following this culture of Japan, to some extent they give the workers fitting freedom. The bond between these managers and workers is very close. That is why strikes are not seen anywhere in Japan. More than that, if they ever think of a strike once in a while, on that day they do not leave their workshop or their factory. On that day they work all the more. This is their way. Only because they have such a spirit of forbearance does Japan's management keep developing to some extent. These results of this kind apply only to those particular countries.

In every country Statistics, Accounts, management, production, these are just the same. In the country of America, the country of Japan, the country of England, in all of them, all four of these are just the same. But within those countries they give no great scope to that country's culture and values. But today in our Institute we are developing certain values and cultures special to it and setting them in place.
