In plain words
But do not go to others, depend on them and bow your heads before them at all. Because of the Prema I have for you, it pains me greatly to see the hardships of you who are so pure in mind and selfless. Those who help you first hurt your feelings deeply, and only then set about helping you. So never give anyone the chance to speak so to you. There are so many crores of people in the world. Have all of them taken sannyāsa? This is a blessing. It is your good fortune. It is not something gained by effort. It comes only by good fortune. Your true duty is to make good use of this place you have been given, and to strive so that others too may make good use of it. You are God's beloved children. So I hope you will take God's command upon your heads, put aside all other hopes, trust that spreading God's word is your chief duty, and vow to restore the country to what it was in ancient times. We must not teach any difference at all in the names of God. We must tell the people to follow whatever name, whatever form, as each one wishes. We must not encourage differences of race, religion or caste at all. For you belong to no race. You belong to no religion. You belong only to the religion of God. Brāhmaṇa, kṣatriya, vaiśya, śūdra: these are for simple, innocent people to live by.
All are children of God!
You brāhmaṇas, who hold the śāstras ever true and live as the Vedas approve! You kings of kings, who offer your bodies for the country and delight in it! You Ārya Vaiśyas, who have wealth and grain and watch over all with righteous ways! You śūdras, who flourish by tilling the land and live in happiness!
