In plain words
You are all limbs of the body of that Virāṭ Puruṣa! This is what the Puruṣa Sūkta describes: “Brāhmaṇosya mukham āsīt bāhū rājanyaḥ kṛtaḥ …” The brāhmaṇas, it says, are like the face, the kṣatriyas like the arms, the vaiśyas like the thighs, the śūdras like the feet! Only when these four come together is there a body, is there not! Where in this is any one limb set apart? All together, one body. All is one! All is one. These are only the names of the limbs of the body. They are not the names of races and religions. When a thorn pricks the foot, the eye weeps. That is, when the śūdras suffer, the brāhmaṇas must suffer. They must grieve for it. In the same way, if there is some pain in the head, the foot cannot take even one step forward. So there is a bond among them all, that they may live with mutual affection and kinship. No difference whatever must be kept in this. Languages may differ, names may differ, but all belong to one race. That is the human race. For this whole race there is only one Father, and He is God. We must go on fostering and teaching the equality that all are children of that God. This must be our true creed. We must teach that this is the vow of the ṛṣis. This must shine as the religion of man. With such feelings you must enter this society, and to fulfil your duty, dedicate your lives to your last breath to the ideal ‘Service to man is service to Mādhava’.
All must grow together, move together, and light the lamp of the wisdom they have gained
You need not worry about money at all. When God, the wish-fulfilling tree and the wish-granting cow, is with us, beside us, in our home, why should we worry? Worry is only for those who lack that faith. We must set our own conduct on the right lines.
