In plain words
If You are under my control, they become my servants; so only when we keep God under our control, keep Him in the Ātma, and conduct ourselves rightly through that, do these senses come under our sway. Do not become a slave to the senses. You must be master of the senses. Today, a slave to the senses, you say, “I am the master”: what master do you become? So you are a master in name, not a master of the treasure. When you truly want to be a master, keep your senses in check. To keep them in check there is only one way. We must follow the path of God. We must deepen faith in God. Through thinking of God we must make our senses fulfil their purpose. This alone is the true royal road. So, students, give no room at all to this restlessness of the mind; keep your desires in check, and as far as possible keep your passions in check with a calm spirit. Nourish the path of Satya. By Satya all things can be achieved.
