In plain words

The country too can make progress. At the start of a Business some loss comes. But gradually its value grows. When this value grows, our value too increases.

So we must set this education on the path of fostering human values. The studies you pursue, the jobs you do and the things I speak of have no connection at all. But one thing: even if this is of no use to you in that job, if it is in your heart, there will be some chance to put it into practice some day. Today the boys who have passed the MBA all go off somewhere or other and do all kinds of work, poor things. They do not get jobs. But the work they do has no connection with the studies they studied. Only the degree is in their hands. A qualification called MBA. Here you study with great care. But if we go to some factory and need to speak with a workman, there is no loss of dignity for us in it. At a small machine there is a worker. He has a great deal of experience with that machine. If you go up to the man who has the experience with the machine and say, "What is this, fellow, you have done it like this?" then: "Sir! What do you know, Sir? I have the experience in this. You do not know anything," he says. Yours is all book knowledge. His is all experience knowledge. Practical knowledge. So before Practical knowledge, all our Bookish knowledge fails. Only where you have given your heart will you, being very humble, gain respect. There was Hanumān. When this Hanumān came to Rāma, when he said "Rāma," he would be very humble. The moment he saw Rāvaṇa he would stand bold. Here humility, there boldness: what is the difference? There, he took Him as master. He regarded Rāvaṇa as servent. Right here: what is the reason for His being master? The search for Satya. The sacrifice He made in order to uphold Satya. The tricks he played in order to enjoy the world were Rāvaṇa's. So it is within these qualities that our value either falls or rises. So all of you, develop these things well in your hearts.
