In plain words
God shining in the orb of the sun; God asleep in the midst of the eyes; God hidden in the orb of the moon; God pervading the threefold world.
Students, embodiments of Prema!
Sarvaṃ khalvidam brahma. Viśvaṃ viṣṇu svarūpaṃ. Bhāskara bimbe dīptaṃ daivam. He who shines and shows Himself in the rays of the sun is God Himself. Locanamadhye suptaṃ daivam. He who, in the midst of every man's eyes, shows the world, makes it manifest, makes it blossom and makes it shine, is God. Śitakara maṇḍala guptaṃ daivam. The coolness in the moon, the divinity that gives Śānti to the world, is God Himself. Triguṇita bhavanaṃ vyāptaṃ daivam: in this world made of the three times, in this world made of the Trimūrti, the divinity that shows itself in the form of the three guṇas is God Himself.
The picture Prakṛti paints is a great wonder. No one can fathom it. Whether it drowns or floats, blesses or rages, it is Prakṛti alone. Over the whole host of living beings, the sway belongs to Prakṛti alone. This Prakṛti is made of the three guṇas. This world made of the three guṇas is itself the form of the Trimūrti; these are, for us, the root cause of creation, sustenance and dissolution. The three guṇas alone, with their form and their nature, with their special changes and their playful talk, make the worlds shine and make them manifest. It is not for a long life that man should long. He must long for a divine life. In this divine Prakṛti, the chief duty is this: that divine humanness attain divinity. None but the Creator understands the secret of creation. Those who try to recognise the secret of creation are these scientists. No one at all can recognise the secret of this creation in full. In this science, today's research grows old by tomorrow. Tomorrow's investigation grows old by the day after. But this man of science goes on regarding everything old as distasteful.
