In plain words
God Himself is also the end of the yugas. That is why He came to have another name, Yugādi-kṛt. So in daily life we find nothing named that is without a name of God! 'Sahasra śīrṣā puruṣaḥ sahasrākṣa sahasrapāt': all bodies, all heads, all eyes, all feet are reflections of God. Every living being is a reflection of God. In such a state, this principle of coming and going, a birth coming to God and its passing, is itself divinity. It came forth so that these bodies might be made fruitful through time and through karma. So Kālāya namaḥ, Kālakālāya namaḥ, Kāladarpadamanāya namaḥ, Kālātītāya namaḥ, Kālasvarūpāya namaḥ, Kālanirṇītāya namaḥ: the state in which everything is offered up to time is divinity. He is One who is subject to no means of proof at all. Direct perception, inference and the word of scripture: these are the three kinds of proof. These are proofs only for worldly life; God is beyond such proofs, and that is why He has another name, 'Apramēya'.
Tyāgarāja sang the praise of that immeasurable God by the name 'Hṛdayavāsi' and by the name Kṣīrasāgaraśayana. 'Must You make me suffer, Rāma! You who recline on the ocean of milk'; he kept asking Rāma, 'You who recline on the ocean of milk and have taken a seat that all can see, must You make me suffer like this?' Paśyatīti paśuḥ: man is the one who has outward vision. God is the one who has inward vision. So only when man cultivates inward vision can he attain divinity. Man's heart, which should be an ocean of milk, is taking the form of a heart that is nothing but impure, with many vidhamantaina problems and through attachment and hatred. Only when man shapes the heart that is an ocean of milk into a heart that is sacred, divine, noble, ever new and wholly pure, will He dwell there for ever as the One who reclines on Śēṣa. The colour of milk is pure white. This pure white is the sign of the sāttvic. The mental principle of the heart is itself the ocean of milk. It is in the heart that has become an ocean of milk that God dwells. When the whales of attachment and hatred enter it, this ocean that is the heart becomes foul. Through … impure, this ocean of milk turns into a 'salt ocean'. Human life came forth from this very ocean. In the vast ocean countless waves keep rising. One wave does not look like another. Each … looks different. But though each wave looks different, the one ground of all the waves is the ocean itself. What is in all the waves is just the water of the ocean. In the same way, in the ocean of Sat-Cit-Ānanda, the divinity that is full of Sat-Cit-Ānanda has come down as humanness, bhinnabhinnamaṅgā, part by part.
