Embodiments of the divine Ātma! Today the state of this world is full of fear and dread. Wherever you look, fear, fear. Even at home, fear. Even out in the street, fear. Even boarding a bus, fear. Even boarding a train, fear. Even walking along, fear. Wherever one is, fear. If you want to drive away this fear, you must put your faith in the Divine, which is fearlessness. It is the Divine that drives away this fear and gives fearlessness. Embodiments of Prema! Driving away your fear, not worrying in the least about the future, we must take part in service in the present with courage and daring, with Prema and faith. If we enter into that faith, we can protect even the nation. To protect your nation you need not do anything. Guard your own Satya and Dharma. That Satya and Dharma itself will guard the nation. Nourish your own Satya. Practise your own Dharma. That is what your heart itself teaches. Today service organisations like these have grown widely. The whole nation must become a service organisation. Only then will the nation shine with plenty, free of famine. Man must drive away the bad qualities that belong to him, bad qualities like anger, heat of passion and envy. All alike must regard themselves as children of one God.
You are no stranger. You are not someone born of Prakṛti. You are not this form of the five elements. 'Mamaivāṃśō jīvalōkē jīvabhūta ssanātanaḥ', it is said. All are parts of God. In you, who are parts of God, divine feelings alone must arise; wicked feelings must not arise. Creation is caused by nothing but Īśvara's will. From this Prakṛti, which has come from Īśvara's will, only feelings of Īśvara must be born. If you call this truth to mind every moment, there will surely be no chance for bad feelings or bad motives to arise in you. You must remember, never forgetting, the truth: 'I am a part of God, I am a part of God.' With such faith you must go into society and bring about its progress with Prema. There is no chance at all for any government or any other organisation to practise this in this way. If victory is to be won, the Sathya Sai Organisations alone must win it. You will surely be able to win it. You will be able to win the peace of the nation. Even within a short time you will enjoy the peace of the world with joy.
