In plain words
Unseen in the world that is seen, the Consciousness that shines within it is the form of the Ātma; like the thread in a string of gems, the Lord of the universe has filled the whole universe.
Because of time all things come to be, the good and the bad; because of time come the comings and goings of plenty and of want; weigh it well: time alone is the cause of every turn; there is not one man on earth whom this time does not bend.
Embodiments of Prema!
Time is rushing past, swift as a raging gale. The span of life allotted to the body is melting away, moment by moment, like a block of ice. But man leaves the body before he has even recognised his duty. ‘A human body is hard to win.’ To take up this sacred human birth and, without recognising one's duty, to waste time and misuse one's body is not man's chief goal. So every man must do the deeds that make his time worthwhile, recognise his duty, and make his body holy.
