The worth of what is near is not so quickly recognised
Embodiments of Prema! Bhārata is not without experienced doctors of many kinds. They go abroad, toil in many ways, discover very new methods and win name and fame in many ways. Truly, no one has the patience the people of Bhārata have. They go abroad, work hard night and day looking after patients and take great pains in so many ways. Even there, it is mostly the people of Bhārata who treat the patients; not many of them are foreigners! In the old days in our Bhārata (in Andhra Pradesh especially) people used to say, ‘The jewels are ours, the glamour is yours.’ All the people doing the work there are of Bhārata. But all the fame and honour goes to them! In Bhārata there are so many people of great ability and skill. Whatever is near, not everyone can quickly recognise its worth.
