In plain words
There will be the chance to hold up an ideal of any height.
Joining the principle of the jīva to the principle of the Divine is itself lagna
Embodiments of Prema! Putting up this building in Hyderabad is for viśva kalyāṇa alone! You must regard it as the Viśva Kalyāṇa Mandiram. How does viśva kalyāṇa come about? Simply by everyone coming together! What is kalyāṇa? People say they are having the lagna-patrikā made. What is lagna? The girl's mind joining the boy's mind; joining the boy's mind to the girl's mind. That is lagna. ‘In meditation my mind does not become lagna,’ people say. Joining the principle of our jīva to the principle of the Divine is itself lagna. So all human beings must become wholly one with one another. Only when they become one like that can they do any work at all. There are five fingers. If each finger is to do a separate work, it is not possible. If the five fingers join together as one, they can do any work at all. For that, unity is very necessary.
Embodiments of Prema! Today we are keeping far from cooperation; we are ready for operation. That is not what we should do. There must be unity.
Unity is happiness, the welfare of all; however great the task, it can be won. Do not all the little ants seize a serpent and kill it, here in the world?
Do not tiny little ants band together and seize a big serpent! In the same way, though we are small, if we join together in unity we can achieve any great task at all. Strive for this unity. Through unity we can do any work at all. If, from today at least, you give up selfishness and all together, as the branches and twigs of your Prime Minister, who is like a great tree, help one another, and each of you carries out your own duties, it will give good fruit.
