In plain words

Daivādhīnaṃ jagat sarvaṃ, satyādhīnaṃ tu daivatam; tat satyam uttamādhīnaṃ, uttamaḥ paradevatā.

Students! Teachers! Lovers of learning!

The whole world is in the keeping of God. Yet this world stays bound to Satya. Satya rests in the keeping of the noble. The noble alone are the embodiments of God in this world. The universe is infinite, and it is wondrous. Unable to recognise the true nature of such a creation, and showing forth nothing but his own individuality, man falls into troubles of many kinds. Creation is nothing but the manifestation of the Lord's will! Its very name is Prakṛti. Every man born in this Prakṛti must have the very nature of the Lord.

In creation, the root cause of nature's upheavals is man's own conduct!

Man came forth in this world to manifest the Lord's will. Man is an integral part of this creation. Man's existence depends on the existence of the world. So man has to carry on his life for the protection of creation. Unfortunately, in this modern age humanness has perished in the conduct of the scientists, and it has come to be thought that even this world came into being for their own enjoyment. The world did not come into being merely for man's enjoyment. Today man plunders the forces of nature at will, forgets humanness, and drives creation into disastrous changes. The root cause of these upheavals of nature is man's own conduct!
