In plain words
There is no object at all without consciousness, in the world!
There is no object at all that is without consciousness, in this world! That is the consciousness present in all. What has come from this consciousness, what has arisen in the body as a movement, is conscience. Because this conscience is in the body, the senses, that is, the indriyas, are at work. Consciousness has come from conscience. This is the principle of the Ātma. Consciousness is caitanya. So this consciousness, pervading everywhere, has settled in each object as a part, as a capacity or a limit. All bulbs are made of glass. But the filament inside differs from one to another. One has a capacity of 60, one 100, one 500, one 1000 volts. The current that flows through all of them is one! That is consciousness. But we cannot go searching for this consciousness somewhere. Because what is within oneself and what is outside are the One alone. That is the reflection of the inner being. Whom do you see in the mirror? You are seeing yourself. Whom are you punishing? You are punishing yourself. If you punish the image in the mirror, the image punishes you. If you do namaskāra to the image in that mirror, that namaskāra comes back to you yourself. Whatever you do: reaction, reflection, resound. So this mirror is Prakṛti. This conscience is the reflection; that is the jīva. This reality is God, the one called consciousness.
As long as the feeling of Prakṛti remains, the feeling of being a jīva does not leave us
The jīva is only the reflection of God. When is this jīva seen? It is seen if there is a mirror. This mirror is Prakṛti. That is why, as long as this feeling of Prakṛti remains, the feeling of being a jīva does not leave us. This feeling of Prakṛti cannot be taken away from us. So when we foster the feeling of the Paramātma in place of the feelings of Prakṛti, it becomes ‘The whole world is filled with Viṣṇu’.
The whole universe is the forms of Viṣṇu; in all beings, at all times, the Lord's divine power alone rules; all the countless living beings are filled with God!
