In plain words
Tyāgarāja told you to speak the Name of God knowingly. He said that you should understand it and remember the Name of God. Do not sing merely like a tape recorder. Do not sing like a gramophone record. Remember knowingly. Remember with all your heart. It must be with the heart. This is like pure gold. Act as you speak. Speak as you think. This is the root principle of purity. If you develop it at this age, in the future it will become a fine royal road, a road of flowers.
Students! Give no room to differences of caste and creed. All are Mine, My brothers. brotherhood of man fatherhood of God. Taking these two, help ever hurt never. This is the standard of Bhāratīya culture. If you live in this way, you will become fine ideal students, not for Bhārata alone but for other countries too. I hope that you will live like that and become, not like bronze, but like gold.
