Passage 14

Tap any word for its meaning.

In plain words

With no such thing as two, we must become one. Unity in diversity. Only then does our life find its fulfilment. This itself is the Advaita that Śaṅkara taught. There must be no Dual mind. A man with dual mind is half blind. If so, be fully blind. Otherwise, get full sight; if you are half blind, you will fall. We must not be half blind; who goes by the name half blind? The crow goes by that name. Its beak grows very long. What is on this side, this eye cannot see. What is on that side, this eye cannot see. The crow keeps turning its eyes this way and that. It cannot look straight. Looking this way and that: that is unsteadiness. Unsteadiness is the crow's quality. We must not give such a quality the least room. I am man, I am man, not animal, not bird. When we develop such firm faith, unsteadiness will not enter us.
