Keeping this aim in view, the responsibility for setting right on the proper path these faults and failings now seen rests on your heads.
Embodiments of Prema! Just as roots are the support of a tree, so for the country the students themselves are like its roots. The day the movement called citta wastes away, that very day the tree of life falls to the ground. So we must set the movements of the citta on the proper path, shape life on a wholesome path, and give joy to society. Never let narrow feelings of ‘I and my family’ enter the students in the least. Your happiness depends on your family. Your family depends on society. This society depends on the country. So the prosperity of the country, the prosperity of society and the prosperity of the family depend on the prosperity, the goodness and the good character of the individual.
