In plain words
As soon as you pass, do not put in an application to go to foreign countries for the sake of jobs. You were born in India, you grew up there. You studied in India. You ate the food of India's soil. You breathed the air of India's land. You must give fitting service to your motherland. ‘Mother and motherland are greater even than heaven’: you must serve your motherland. You drank the water of the Mother land. You go to the Step mother land and serve. It is as if you were a Slave. You are master. Master the mind be a mastermind. You must become masters.
