In plain words

“My Ātma is the inner Ātma of all beings”: this itself is the right example of it. My Ātma itself is there as the Ātma in all. Nor is that all. Man's body exists in five kośas. The annamaya kośa, the prāṇamaya kośa, the manomaya kośa, the vijñānamaya kośa and the ānandamaya kośa. Of these five kośas, the vijñānamaya kośa belongs to man alone and to no other creature. Humanness, endowed with Vijñāna and Prajñāna, must not be thought of as something small. Thinking of humanness as something very small, people do not use it on the right path, and are wasting it. How can man, endowed with every good quality, be thought of as small? That is precisely man's weakness. Unable to recognise his own true nature, recognising nothing but the weakness of his body, he lives with the annamaya kośa as his support. It is not the annamaya kośa that matters most. As long as we lean on this annamaya kośa, there is only unrest; Śānti does not come to us. Even that Nārada, who had learnt the sixty-four branches of learning to a rare degree, went through many troubles without gaining Śānti. At last he went to Sanatkumāra and prayed: “Swāmī! Remove my Ajñāna and teach me the vidyā that grants Śānti,” he said. ‘Nārada, there is no vidyā you do not know. All the śāstras, all the Upaniṣads, all the Vedas: you know them. From these vidyās there is no Ānanda to be had at all. All these are material, physical vidyās. Nothing but transient vidyās. Until these transient vidyās go, Śānti will not come to you,’ he said. Scientists too have been saying this very thing. On whatever day, wherever, whenever this science comes to its end, there spirituality begins. Where science ends spirituality begins. This is important. All these material activities belong to science. They are needed for this physical body. The physical body must certainly be taken care of. But we must not think that this alone is real and eternal, and offer up everything to it. Only this body can achieve things through all its karmas. It is through the body itself that you can attain even God.
