In plain words

The way Sai looks after them is what you too must experience. So, follow the master. Follow your master. When your master looks on all with an equal eye, why should you not do so? Here there must be no difference at all. Only when we grow unity do we become people who have won true freedom. Only when this freedom comes do we experience dependence on the Supreme. So if we wish to grow the divine human values, we must first grow unity.

In this unity, differences of certain kinds arise. Some differences may come about in the mind. These come in three ways. These psychological feelings themselves are the root cause of illness in man. What does this psychological mean? Only a delusion. From the suspicion whether what others have is in me or not, that disease starts in him too. In ancient times, if any diseases came, they stayed confined to that place alone. But after the modern age began, little by little it is creeping everywhere. The cause is the very fear in those who came there: will it come to me or not? The cause of diseases growing in every man is this psychological thing. For 80% of diseases, the psychological itself is the cause. Look at your pulse with the suspicion whether it is right, and it will be higher, or it will be lower. Do not set your worry on it at all. Go on doing your duty happily. It will follow the right path.
