In plain words
You cannot say that all this is ‘awareness’. You cannot say, ‘I have come to know it.’ ‘Awareness’ means this: to know the full form is itself the perfect form. When you look at this, you can say it is a handkerchief. But when you look at it in another way, you can also say it is a ‘piece of cloth’, or cotton. What they have come to know is very little, very slight. But they go on chattering as though they had come to know everything.
Hero becomes zero, If he forgets God
When a man comes to know the principle that divinity is everywhere, that itself is the full principle. Vajpayee too said that people strive for the attainment of Mokṣa; what is this Mokṣa? Moha-kṣaya itself is Mokṣa. What does that mean? When air joins air, it merges. When water joins water, it becomes one. When fire joins fire, it becomes one. In the same way, God is the embodiment of light. Become light, and then you become one with it. God is without form. So do not live in delusion over the principle of form. Then you become one in the Ātma. But how can the Ātma principle be understood by a man who is attached to the body twenty-four hours a day? So you must centre your mind on the Ātma principle alone. Only then does the Ātma become one with the Ātma. This very oneness they called sāyujya. This is what the true ‘Ekātma sarvabhūtāntarātma’ means. What exists is one alone. But many people imagine it as many names and forms. It is not various forms at all. This whole world is one, one single form. They put zeros beside a one and speak of it as a big number, ‘millions’. No, no. Its root is one alone. 1+1+1+1.... Going on in this way, they become millions. But what exists is one alone. When you put many zeros beside a one, it turns into many millions. What is zero? World is zero, Life is zero, Sun is zero, Moon is zero, Sky is zero. Everything is zero: it is seen once, and the second time it is not seen. But 1 is hero. He alone is God. Put zeros beside that hero and it turns into millions. Hero becomes zero, if he forgets God.
