In plain words

Every student must see that the food he eats is right. Sweet-lime juice, tomato juice, lemon juice, apple juice are very good. In this way the acid in us increases. Leafy greens are very good. They speak of A vitamin, B vitamin, C vitamin. It is not the vitamins that matter. There is iron in this. Metallic substances are plentiful. This iron gives our body a great deal of strength. Our body must be robust. In a robust body you can gain contentment in plenty.

That You Experience Divinity as Men of Sacrifice, as Yogīs, Full of Ānanda, Is My Ānanda

You need not search for divinity somewhere. Every inch, every hair of the body is the very form of God. That is why Hanumān, in those days, bit into the pearls of the necklace Rāma had given him one by one and threw them away. ‘Alas! His monkey's nature has not gone,’ thought Sītā. ‘My son! Why are you throwing away precious pearls?’ she asked. ‘Mother! You are looking at the value of the pearl. I am listening to the sound within the pearl. Every hair of mine is Rāma's Name itself. My Rāma's Name is not in the pearl. However precious, what has no Rāma's Name in it is of no use to me,’ said Hanumān. That precious thing is there in every atom, every hair, of the people of Bhārata. On the strength of this, many people long to be born in Bhārata and to die there. So sacred a land of sacrifice, land of yoga, land of merit, the land of Bhārata! You who were born in the land of Bhārata, such a land of merit, land of sacrifice, land of yoga, why does this sacrifice not come to you? You are the sons of Bhārata. Try to live as people of Bhārata. Show others the ideal. Give Ānanda to others. This itself is the Ānanda of today. The Ānanda you should share today is the birthday of this body; for Me there is no birthday. Because you have all come, because you have wished it, I treat it like a Birthday. For Me, this Birthday is not what matters.
