In plain words

Whatever I say is for your good. What ever I say, what ever I do, it is good for you, not for me. I have not a single thing I call My work. All of it is your work alone. From daybreak till night I do only your work. So do not think there is no Prema for you. But sacred services, sacred presences come to the fortunate. That good fortune has fallen to them. Do not give room to envy, saying, ‘What they got, I did not get.’ Of all diseases, the one disease that cannot be cured is envy. Even for cancer there is medicine, but for envy there is no medicine. You can cancel Cancer. But for envy there is no medicine at all. It wears you down and wears you down, and in the end you perish with the disease itself.

Engage every limb of the body in sacred deeds

Embodiments of Prema! All of you of the Sai Organisations, broaden your hearts; give no room to envy, give no room to Ahaṅkāra; regard all as brothers and sisters, and do your service happily. Today you have resolved to bring about many changes in the system of education. Education is most necessary. Learning is not something thieves can get hold of. It is not something fire can burn. If anyone tries to take a share of it, it is not something that can be shared out. Learning always goes on growing as learning. Give such supreme learning to the world. Try to put them into practice. Teach all the children good qualities. “My dear one! It is not for money that you study. Today you may have money. Tomorrow it may go. Money comes and goes. A friend today is your enemy tomorrow. So he too may change. Strength. Today he is strong. Tomorrow he may become weak. But character alone never goes. Develop the character that lasts. Develop sacred character. With that character, enter society. Help everyone. What were these hands given to you for? “Do you know why the hand was given?” The hand was not given for eating; the hand came for helping others.
