This itself is our ornament. Do you know why the throat was given to us? Not for singing film songs. Not for abusing others. Not for blaming others. It is for remembering the Name of God. Remembering that Name of God is itself a fine, beautiful necklace. Wear that necklace. With that sacred Name, make your throat fulfil its purpose. Do you know why intelligence was given? Is it to swell with Ahaṅkāra? No, no. How are we to think of divinity? How are we to attain divinity? How are we to experience divinity? It is only to think on this that this intelligence was given. So we must engage every limb in sacred deeds.
Happiness is union with God
Embodiments of Prema! Today you have come from 180 countries. Above all, those who have gained leading places in the Organisations, the Office bearers, have come. When you conduct yourselves properly, on the right path, we can shape as many thousands of people as you like. From one person we can do good to so many. In this you must conduct yourselves very carefully. If one office bearer goes wrong, many go wrong. You are a person with responsibility, so be good. Live well. Practise well. Think well. Then everyone gains a good ideal. If you give up practising and sit telling ten people, there is no gain. Even if you do not do it all, do one or two things and show them. One or two: that much is enough. I am not asking you to show everything. You must become embodiments of the ideal, bring about balanced growth in the Sathya Sai Organisations and set the country itself right. I do not wish for a name for Myself. I need no name or fame of any kind. I have not wished for it yet; but if I had wished, the whole world would land here at once. Swami's hand is always giving, giving. There is no taking. Gives, gives. Except one. I take only one thing. Only one. I ask for only one thing: Love, Love, Love. That is your Prema. I want nothing else.
