In plain words
This thing called happiness is not true happiness.
Take no pride in wealth, kin and youth; Time takes them all away in the blink of an eye.
What is happiness? Is sitting in an air-conditioned room happiness? Is eating with many dishes happiness! No, no. All these bring happiness to the body and the mind, but they do not bring Śānti of the Ātma. True happiness is the happiness of the Ātma alone. We should not be afraid at all of these worldly hardships. All these are natural passing clouds. Why should we be moved by such clouds, which move away? We must take as our support the heart that does not move, does not waver and is not deluded, the eternal, true heart. Every man must recognise the oneness of these three. That is, we must take these very 3H, head, heart, hands, as our support. Install God in your heart. Think inside your Head. Work with your Hands. That is precisely its meaning. Put these three, Head, heart, hands, into sacred tasks. Whatever you think of, think of it as God's work. Whatever work you do with your hands, believe it to be God's work. This alone is the right inner meaning. But without recognising this meaning, they are wasting their hands. They are badly misusing the head. They are making the heart impure. No, no. The heart is the seat of God. Our heart is none other than the reflection that is God's own svarūpa. Reflection, reaction, resound. With such feelings we must give the world a message it can put to good use. Doing a little Nārāyaṇa sevā, giving clothes, doing service: these too are indeed needed. But these alone are not what matters most. All these are temporary actions. Those too simply must be done. But along with them we must develop the lasting, true principle of Prema. From the moment we rise at dawn until we lie down at night, all the actions we do must be full of Prema. Start the day with love. Fill the day with love, spend the day with love, end the day with love. This is way to God. First of all, fill your heart with Prema.
