In plain words
Jewels among women may come, may go; Satya alone is eternal. All the joys of a kingdom may come, may go; Satya alone is eternal. Brothers and kinsfolk may come, may go; Satya alone is eternal. The joys of power may come, may go; Satya alone is eternal.
Satya is the gracious principle of the good path; Satya is the giver of every good fortune; Satya is the way to immortality; Satya alone is eternal in the world!
Embodiments of Prema! Whatever seeds we sow in the earth, those very fruits are what we gain. We cannot sow mango seeds and gain bitter fruit. We cannot sow neem seeds and receive sweet mangoes. The mother's womb is equal to Bhūdevī. Whatever kind of resolves we sow in it, that kind of fruit we will have to receive. So the mother must fill her womb with true resolves and good feelings. Only then are sons born to her who are rich in good conduct and full of virtue. Āryāmbā is a fine example of this. Ever contemplating God, she stayed immersed in God's work alone. As a result, Ādi Śaṅkarācārya, the Jagadguru, was born in her sacred womb. Vivekānanda and Rāmakṛṣṇa Paramahaṃsa alike grew into great souls through the very virtues and noble resolves of their own mothers.
