In plain words
You can remember the Name as you walk, you can remember the Name lying down, you can remember the Name as you travel. To remembering the Name there is no limit and no barrier. If you want water you have to pay a tax; if you want to use electricity you have to pay a tax. But no one asks a tax for remembering the Name. It is very easy to practise. Man leaves this easy path and thinks that only sādhanas full of hardship are any good. Without any hardship, easily, right where you are, you can cross over by remembering the Name. But it must be done with Prema. Prema is true Bhakti. What is without Prema can never be Bhakti. For all sādhanas, japa, tapas, dhyāna, yajña and the rest, Prema is what matters most. In worldly life or in the spiritual, for the believer or the unbeliever, Prema is what matters most. Grow that sacred principle of Prema in yourselves.
“Hare Rāma Hare Rāma Rāma Rāma Hare Hare Hare Kṛṣṇa Hare Kṛṣṇa Kṛṣṇa Kṛṣṇa Hare Hare From good company comes detachment; from detachment, freedom from delusion; from freedom from delusion, the unwavering principle; from the unwavering principle, liberation in this life.”
