In plain words

Gurur brahmā gurur viṣṇuḥ gurur devo maheśvaraḥ gurus sākṣāt paraṃ brahma tasmai śrī gurave namaḥ

So you yourself are Brahmā, you yourself are Viṣṇu, you yourself are Śiva, you yourself are the guru. You yourself are everything. Set your aim steadily on the principle of “So'ham” (I am God). For students, for householders, for vānaprasthas and for sannyāsīs alike, that one thing alone matters. For all, that alone is the goal. Keep remembering the “So'ham” that is within you! Think, “Ahaṃ brahmāsmi”, “I am Brahman”. There is nothing wrong in it. You may think this is Ahaṅkāra! A great mistake. This is no Ahaṅkāra at all. Truly, all of you are nothing but embodiments of God. Believe, “I am the embodiment of God,” and take on the form of God. When you believe so, there must be no bad qualities in you, and no impurity of any kind must reach you. For in God there are no bad qualities and no impurity. So foster pure, steady, selfless feelings. Do only good deeds. Speak only good words. Keep only a good outlook. Lead an exemplary life.

If there are no sacred feelings in you, however many pūjās you do, they are of no use. For many years you have been coming here and doing pūjās. But has any change come about in you? You come, you go... That is all! Then what is the use of coming here? There is no need to come. Wherever you are, do the sādhana you have to do; that is enough. If you come here, take good feelings back with you. Foster sacred feelings. Turn your humanness into divinity. Uphold the truth of the Vedic saying “Ahaṃ brahmāsmi”. Give up your delusion about worldly things. After death nothing goes with you. When the time comes to go, you cannot take along even a fistful of earth. Only your good qualities will go with you. So honour your mother and father, your elders and your teachers. “Let your mother be God to you, your father be God to you, your teacher be God to you”: regard everyone as an embodiment of God.
