In plain words

In this way divine power shows itself from the bodies of Avatāras in many ways.

Divine power is in every individual

The power of Swami's hair is far beyond the ordinary. No one can understand it. Since I do not comb it, it stays pressed down. In fact, I have no comb to comb it with. Once, when I went to Africa, the devotees there brought Me a brush made of iron. When I put it to My hair, the brush would not come out. Such strong hair I have. Even pulled hard, it will not come out. This is the nature of great souls' hair. Only when you inquire well, research and examine closely will you rightly understand their power and capacity. Divine power is in every individual. You must try to guard that power. Above all, the head is very sacred. It is from the head that all powers dawn. So you must take good care of the head. The young today waste the power that is in them. That is why old age comes upon them so soon. This body is coming to its eightieth year. But can anyone say that I look like a man of eighty? No one can. If I clench My fist tight, even ten people who come and try cannot loosen it. Such divine power is in every individual. But you are misusing it. The power of God cannot be described as this or that. Follow it. Follow it and experience Ānanda. When you do so, you will gain great strength. The divine power in humanness is very great. Offer to God all the songs you sing, the words you speak and the work you do, and make your life blessed.
