In plain words

Blessings to the children, embodiments of Prema. It is a joy that you have studied from primary school up to the 12th class, won good marks and made a good name. All the while you studied in primary school, you went about so full of good qualities, so strong, so resourceful and so capable. Many good qualities such as Prema, kindness, compassion and joy grew in you. You lived together like brothers, in close harmony with one another. Your games, your songs and your words were all sweet. But you can think over for yourselves how you have changed since you left primary school, and what state your mind is in. As you grew, the purity of your games, songs, words and doings wore thin. Still, not everyone is like that. Only some are making their minds unclean.

Humanness is made up of all these together: the body, Manas, Buddhi, citta and the senses. If man is to attain Mukti, he must first of all make his own mind pure. You must not desire what is not your own. When the mind desires anything at all, ‘Whose is this? Is it mine, or someone else's?’ That is the question you must ask yourself first. Once you know it belongs to others, you must take great care not to turn your mind towards it. But you must not sink into the mad delusion, ‘This is mine; this must come to me’, and ruin your life. You must not desire what belongs to others, nor take it away. You must keep your mind pure.
