In plain words
But keeping in view the differences of the upādhi, you go through so much suffering. Today you are just one person. When your studies are complete, you will try for a job. Once you get a good job, you will marry. Then you become two. When there is just one single bangle on the hand, however much you shake the hand, it makes no sound at all. By the time two bangles come together, the noise begins. By and by children are born to you; your longing for physical things grows. The more your longings grow in this way, the farther Śānti moves away from you. All these are only what we have made up for ourselves through desires; they are not Satya. When your feelings are not right, nothing but suffering keeps coming to you.
Others are not strangers; they are embodiments of the Paramātma!
Instead of needlessly falling into this household life and suffering needless sorrows, enter into society and serve. The more you serve society, the more your sorrows will gradually decrease. So, ‘Love all, serve all.’ You must look on others as embodiments of the Paramātma, never as strangers. You must believe, ‘He and I are one.’ All human beings taken together are one! All that our eyes see are reflections! All these are mere ‘reflections’, ‘reactions’ and ‘resounds’. When you recognise this Satya, how much Śānti you will have! Only then will your mind not waver this way or that at all, whether in your studies or in your jobs. So enter first into social service. What is society? Society is the very reflection of God. Therefore we must keep serving society without a break. God gave us hands to do service, not to sit idly scribbling foolish writings on papers. You must take up good deeds. ‘Work is worship.’ ‘Duty is God.’ So do your own duty.
Embodiments of Prema! At this age all your powers are in full measure.
