In plain words
‘I am not the body. I am I alone’: this feeling must stand firm in you. Then no ill feeling of any kind towards others can arise in you.
I myself am in all of you
God dwells in all. All the heads in this world are none other than God's heads! That is precisely why God has been called the Virāṭsvarūpa. All that our eyes see is nothing but the Cosmic Form of God. Each form is of its own kind. But God is in every form. “An eternal portion of Myself has become the living soul in the world of the living.” I myself am in all of you. I am not one thing and you another. Bhagavan is not different from you. I am none other than you; you are none other than I. So give no room at all to any feeling of difference. Strengthen only this one thing: Prema. If you ripen the fruit called Prema well in your heart, you can share its sweet juice with all. First of all you must ripen Prema in your heart. When you make your heart full of Prema, all others too become full of Prema. Then we hate no one, we hurt no one. Today, wherever you look: hatred, hatred, hatred! Differences of opinion between one and another! Yet in the worldly view differences may be seen. But in the spiritual view all are one. In this world everything is a zero. God alone, the One, is the hero. He alone is One: ‘Ekaṃ sat’. Only through that ‘one’ do these ‘zeros’ gain value. So God alone matters most to us. The mind alone is the cause of our pain and pleasure, of our worry and our grief. What gives joy is the mind; what gives grief and worry is also the mind. Many regard the mind as bad. When we keep the mind in the right way, it gives nothing bad at all. Regard the mind too as God. Then you will always be happy.
