In plain words
Until now I have not made it known, but today the time has drawn near, so this truth had to be made known to the people. You must recognise this truth.
To Me all are equal!
In Satya there are no differences of any kind. Hatred, dislike, anger, enmity: Satya has none of these. All are children of Satya! So to Me all are equal! You think that I show differences. But I never have any difference. You know: whatever anyone says, even when they speak against Me, I go on smiling. I have never been angry with anyone. Anger has no place in Me. “Though we vex Swami in so many ways, criticise Him, give Him so much trouble, Swami just goes on smiling. Where did Swami get this patience from!” they marvel. All belong to one home! Though individuals appear different, the power of the Ātma that dwells in all is one. In all there is only One; and who is that One? Ātma Nārāyaṇa Himself! Every human being must strive to recognise this principle of the Ātma. Many bulbs are burning here. Turn off one main switch, and they all go out. Looked at, the bulbs appear separate, but the current flowing in them is one. In the same way, though many forms and names appear in creation, the Ātma that dwells in all is one. God makes everything shine with the principle of the Ātma. Some of the bulbs look dim, some bright. That is only a difference in the bulbs' wattage, not a fault of the current. In the same way, the cause of the troubles and losses people go through is only the feelings in their hearts, and in no way a fault of God.
Viṣṇu Himself was born as Sathyanarayana
God does many kinds of things for the joy of His devotees. Yet God has no likes, no desires! “May all the worlds be happy”: this alone is the one desire God has. But people go on experiencing the karma they themselves have done.
