Even if someone does not love us, we must love them and draw them close. As long as they do not receive Prema from us, they keep away from us. Once our Prema flows into them like a current, it at once brings about a good change in them. Until that good change comes, I wait. So many thousands have heard many discourses of Mine; they have seen powers of who knows how many kinds with Me. But however many powers they see, however many discourses they hear, they go on speaking as their own intentions lead them; those who recognise the truth and act on it are very few. Those who have truly come to know the path of truth will surely keep following it. Some move away from the path of truth when they get angry, when differences arise. Even if they have differences, our Prema for them must stay one and the same. Whoever they may be, what is that to us! To push them away with a sense of difference, thinking them someone else, is very wrong. For they are not strangers. Today they may look like strangers to you. But tomorrow they too are your brothers! All are brothers and sisters! So we must love everyone and live with everyone as equals. All are one, be alike to everyone. This is the special message I give you today. Even if you cannot understand this truth today, you will recognise it some day.
The fruits on a tree do not all ripen at once; each ripens at its own time. The buds on a tree do not all open on the same day; each day a few of them open. In the same way, of the people born in this world, some have opened like flowers, and some are still only buds. Those buds, if not today then at least tomorrow, will open and spread a sacred fragrance. We must wait until that fragrance comes. This is My chief message.
