In plain words
look back upon: 'Bharat's education system is opposed to progress. It fosters the mentality of "don't get your hands dirty,"' he said.
That is, today students hope to do their tasks without labor, without sweating, without so much as disturbing the creases of their ironed clothes, with their legs stretched out under an electric fan, or lying down in air conditioning. This is not education's kind of obedience; it is not even humility of that sort. Students must labor. They must proclaim to society the sacred ideas and matters they have learned. They must render service. They must leap into the villages like tiger cubs and purge every kind of impurity. They must impart learning to the illiterate village-folk, and, laboring and working alongside them, bring them forward.
